Hi, I’m Emily!

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes healing happens through understanding, not fixing.

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and cultural awareness. I help individuals, couples, and families slow down, make sense of what feels confusing, and find meaning in their stories.

Sometimes life feels messy or unclear — that’s okay. Together, we can gently explore what’s beneath the surface, adjust the lens, and uncover patterns that bring balance, connection, and peace.

This is your space to show up as you are — no judgment, just exploration, reflection, and support.

MY SERVICES

I understand how culture, upbringing, and pivotal life moments shape our emotions, decisions, and relationships. Therapy offers space to explore these layers with care, awareness, and intention.

Let’s navigate this together -- with warmth and curiosity.

Individual Therapy

A supportive space to explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your sense of balance and resilience.
You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a willingness to start.

Couples Therapy

A collaborative space to rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen connection with honesty and care.
We’ll work together to create understanding where disconnection once lived.

Family Therapy

For families navigating communication, culture, or generational patterns — therapy helps foster understanding, compassion, and healing across differences.
It’s a space where every voice has room to be heard.

Therapy is a space to untangle, understand, and grow.

Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, or family dynamics, I’m here to support you — with warmth, curiosity, and a little humor along the way.

✨ Growth here is intentional, not rushed. ✨
