Why I Love What I Do | Relationships have always fascinated me—their complexities, their depth, and the unique tapestry of emotions and experiences they hold. It’s a privilege to help you navigate these layers, uncover your needs, and build deeper, more meaningful connections. I am passionate about creating a non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported on your journey toward personal and relational well-being. I believe in the transformative power of self-discovery, healing, and growth, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in that process

I honor the nuanced interplay of identity, culture, and life experiences, recognizing how they shape our emotions, choices, and relationships. In a safe, supportive space, I help clients navigate life’s ebbs and flows with curiosity, compassion, and insight.

My Approach to TherapyGrounded and approachable, I bring a down-to-earth demeanor to my therapy practice. I communicate with clarity, honesty, and authenticity, creating a space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and authentically.

My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families, navigating the intersections of identity, culture, and personal growth. As a therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I integrate generational healing and evidence-based practices to meet you where you are. Together, we will explore the parts of you that need understanding, healing, and space to grow.

Outside the Therapy RoomWhen I’m not working with clients, you can often find me immersed in my favorite crafting activities. I find joy and relaxation in embroidery, beading, crocheting, junk journaling, and experimenting with new and different crafts. These creative outlets allow me to express myself and provide a sense of mindfulness and balance in my life. Crafting has taught me the value of patience, attention to detail, and the beauty of creating something unique with my hands.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—you are not broken. It’s about deepening self-understanding, untangling old narratives, and rewriting those that no longer serve you. In our work together, you’ll have a space to be real, be heard, and create meaningful change.
