WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
Relationships have always fascinated me — their depth, complexity, and the emotions that live within them. It’s a privilege to help clients navigate these layers, uncover needs, and build deeper, more meaningful connections.
My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported on your journey toward healing and growth. I believe in the transformative power of curiosity, compassion, and self-discovery — and I’m honored to walk alongside you in that process.

MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
Grounded and approachable, I bring a down-to-earth presence to therapy — one rooted in honesty, clarity, and authenticity. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based methods and cultural awareness to tailor each session to your unique story.
I work with individuals, couples, and families at the intersections of identity, culture, and personal growth. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape who you are — creating a space for understanding, healing, and intentional change.

OUTSIDE THE THERAPY ROOM
When I’m not with clients, you’ll likely find me immersed in crafting — beading, embroidery, crocheting, or experimenting with new creative projects. These outlets bring mindfulness, joy, and balance into my life.
Crafting has taught me patience, presence, and the beauty of slow creation — lessons that often find their way into my work as a therapist.
